The Labrador West Chamber of Commerce is an association whose mandate is to promote and improve trade and commerce, as well as the economic, civil and social welfare of the region.

Striving to be the principle voice of the business community, the Chamber addresses relevant issues and matters pertaining to our district and its residents.

Various committees are formed to allow for the implementation of many initiatives in conjunction with our communities while adhering to the objectives of our mandate.

Membership is open to businesses of all sizes, professional groups, or any individual directly or indirectly engaged in trade, commerce, and social welfare of our communities.

The Chamber’s Executive Council is the governing body of the association, and consists of volunteer elected officials.

Actively involved with many organizations and key stakeholders in our respective communities, the LWCC has, as some of its key priorities, to enhance and expand upon business opportunities for our Membership as well as to improve their ability to do business.

The Chamber is an essential organization that provides a forum to unite our communities’ respective needs and efforts aimed at planning for future development.

We recognize and are cognizant of the perspective that the future of our communities is closely aligned with the growth of current, existing businesses as well as the development of new businesses.
